No minimum order volume. A small monthly minimum fee may apply at very low volumes — we'll be upfront about this in your quote. Most brands hit it within their first few weeks.

Most brands are live and dispatching within 5 business days of completing setup — typically a day for platform integration, a day or two for your first inbound delivery, and we run a test order before going live.

Typically we'll need your product list (SKUs, weights, dimensions), your eCommerce platform details for integration, and your inbound freight plan. Our team will send you a full onboarding checklist once your application is approved.

We are powered by CartonCloud, a cloud-based WMS that tracks stock in real time across inbound, storage, and outbound movements. You can access your stock from any web browser or mobile device.

Yes. We capture photos during inbound and outbound processes, and provide electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) including photo, digital signature, GPS coordinates, and timestamp on every drop.

Yes. FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and batch picking are standard for all dated beverage stock — oldest stock is always dispatched first, and expiry alerts fire before any batch approaches its use-by date.den content

Yes. Our 9,500 m² Sunshine West facility includes ambient, cold, and bonded storage all under one roof — no transfers, no separate bookings.

A bonded warehouse allows imported goods to be stored without paying customs duty or excise until stock is sold or released for domestic sale. This is useful for importers of wine, spirits, and beer who want to manage cash flow and duty obligations more efficiently. If you're importing excisable goods into Australia, contact us to discuss whether bonded storage is right for you.

Yes. Liquex holds a licensed bonded warehouse, meaning we can store imported alcohol duty-deferred. We're 8 minutes from the Port of Melbourne, making us well-positioned for container receival direct from port.

Yes. Alongside DTC eCommerce fulfilment we handle B2B distribution including retail replenishment, venue delivery, and wholesale pallet orders with compliance labelling and EDI-ready despatch for major retailers and distribution centres.

The majority of Melbourne metro deliveries are made by our own fleet. For interstate and national freight we work with DHL, Australia Post, Couriers Please, and other trusted partner carriers. For B2C parcel delivery we use Shippit and Australia Post.

Yes. We offer same-day, express, and standard delivery options depending on the destination and order type. Contact us for cut-off times and availability.

Yes. We handle everything from single bottles and small parcels through to full pallet and bulk freight — B2C and B2B from the same facility.

Yes. We deliver nationwide — Melbourne metro and regional Victoria on our own routes, with national coverage via our carrier network.

Yes. We manage the full keg lifecycle — inbound receival, storage, venue delivery across Melbourne and regional Victoria, and empty keg collection. Empties are counted on collection and all movements recorded in CartonCloud. Decanting and responsible disposal of liquids is also available on request.

Yes. Refrigerated vehicle delivery is available for Melbourne metro deliveries where cold transport is required — suitable for kombucha, cold brew, fresh juice, probiotic drinks, and other temperature-sensitive beverages. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
