Once approved, weโ€™ll guide you through onboarding, including account setup, product upload, and integration (if required).

Do I need to sign a contract?

We offer flexible arrangements depending on your needs. Some services may require minimum termsโ€”our team will outline everything upfront.

Can you integrate with my eCommerce platform?

Yes, we support integrations with major platforms and can also work with custom setups via API.

Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse is based in the inner west of Melbourne in close proximity to the city.

How is my inventory managed?

We are powered by CartonCloud a cloud based warehouse management system (WMS) that tracks stock in real time, including inbound, storage, and outbound movements.
You will be able to access your stock info from any web browser including on your mobile device.

Can I see my stock levels?

Yes, youโ€™ll have access to live inventory data through our system and customise reports.

Do you provide photos or proof of stock handling?

Yes, we can capture photos during inbound and outbound processes as well as POD's for transparency and record-keeping.

The majority of deliveries are delivered by our own fleet. We also work with a range of trusted partner carriers to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
For B2C deliveries we have partnered with Shippit and Australia Post

Yes, we offer a range of delivery speeds including same-day, express, and standard options.

Can you handle pallet freight and bulk shipments?

Absolutely. We manage everything from small parcels to full pallet and bulk freight.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we provide nationwide delivery coverage.

We tailor pricing based on your volume and requirements.

Are your rates subject to a fuel levy?

Yes, transport rates may be subject to a variable fuel levy based on market conditions.

How much will it cost to pick my order?

The cost for an order consists of picking + delivery charges.
The cost depends on the quantity of the order and where its going.

Below is the formula used to calculate the cost of picking.
Refer to your rate card for exact pricing.

Carton / Keg pick rate based on the quantity being sent
+Pallets Outbound (charged per pallet) if qty requires eg 25+ ctns, 9+ kegs
+Pallet Wraps (if required)

Pallet pick rate based on quantity being sent
+Pallets Outbound (charged per outgoing lift)
+Pallet Wraps (if required)

*Minimum Sale Order charges apply if applicable (outlined on your rate card)
Additional fees apply to urgent orders (if required)
(add GST to costs)

How much will it cost to deliver my order?

The cost for an order consists of picking + delivery charges.
The cost depends on the quantity of the order and where its going.

Below is the formula used to calculate the cost of delivery.

Carton / Keg delivery rate based on the zone and quantity being sent
25+ carton delivery will be charged as pallet delivery rate if fork is available.
+Hand off surcharge (applied when no fork is available)

Pallet delivery rate based on the zone and quantity being sent
+Hand off surcharge (applied when no fork is available)

*Minimum Consignment charges apply if applicable eg collection fee (outlined on your rate card)
Additional fees apply to urgent deliveries (if required)
