Operational Update 30th March 2020

In light of the vast reduction in volumes we are currently experiencing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and various Government restrictions we will be making some
adjustments to our service until business resumes normal trading.


Operational adjustments as below:

  • Our warehouse / admin team will remain open Monday-Friday as per normal.

  • Distribution Centre Pallet deliveries (ALM, Coles, Woolworths etc) will continue to be serviced across 5 days (Mon-Fri)

  • Metropolitan deliveries 3 x days per week, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

  • Regional deliveries submit before 2pm Monday, we will endeavour to deliver before the end of that week.

  • Outer areas serviced 1 x day per week - Friday

  • Brewery / Finished Goods Collections 5 x days per week

Where possible we would appreciate less collections / visits made by rep’s during this time.
The safety of our staff is paramount and we need to minimise the amount of external contact made to Liquex employees to ensure we can remain open and provide services when required.


If there are any exceptions or urgent deliveries that need to be made please contact us via despatch@liquex.com.au and we will make arrangements where possible.

Effective immediately: Changes to our delivery process due to increasing impact of COVID-19


To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, where-ever possible all our drivers will be recording the name of the person accepting the delivery and sign on their behalf and / or provide a photo as proof of delivery.
