Log into the Carton Cloud system using your email address and password: https://app.cartoncloud.com.au/

• In the 'Search for anything!' search bar, type in the invoice or reference number
• Select the Consignment (with the truck icon)
• The Delivery Status will be displayed on the page

Delivery Statuses:

• In Warehouse - The order is still in the warehouse being prepared for despatch

• In Transit - The order is in transit with a driver or 3P carrier on board for delivery

• Delivered - The order has been delivered - a POD will be available to download, click Download POD

• Cancelled - The order has been cancelled

• Returned - The order has been rejected or returned by the customer / venue
